4×6”- $5

5×7”- $10

8×10”/8½x11”- $20

13×19”- $40

Matting and framing for my locally and personally delivered prints is available. My charges will reflect a market comparison.

Delivery

Local, personal delivery in and around Denver is free of charge. A variety of shipping options are available, especially using the Fotomoto “Buy Print” links below each of my pictures on this site.

Depending on the client and particular shoot, electronic delivery may be made using an easily accessed and shared Dropbox folder that I can provide to each client, at prices less than comparable Fotomoto download pricing. If you are not familiar with Dropbox, you simply click on a provided link, and the folder instantly shows up on your desktop, ready to collaborate in and invite your family and friends to, and then automatically and instantly sync back and forth among all users. Delivery can also be made on cd or via email.

Mileage

Shoots outside the Denver-metro area incur a $0.55/mile charge by car, in accordance with current IRS standards for business related reimbursement. Other travel considerations may be negotiated.

Payment

I accept Paypal, cash and cashier’s checks, as well as company checks from established venues, artists, and production companies.

Copyrights and Contracts

I typically maintain the copyrights to my photos and agree to usage rights for clients. I am open to contractual agreements in accordance with entertainment and industry standards.

SPECIFICS FOR REAL ESTATE CLIENTS:

It is easy to justify my services to your client, the seller. My photography is exceptional. My rate is beyond reasonable and more than competitive, especially in this market, and is easily absorbed into your costs and fees for the seller. My work will get bodies in the door, and the property will sell months faster than it would otherwise. The interest alone, for the extra months that your commission or the seller’s profit is in the bank, more than offsets my fee.

I work for you, not the seller, but I handle any arrangements with the seller regarding my photography appointment. During the completion of the listing paperwork with the seller, you explain what is needed for cleaning and staging of the property, as usual. Then you hand the seller my intro/details/appointment form, and suggest a photography appointment for them (typically as soon as cleaning and staging are done, and in the early afternoon for the best lighting). Call me immediately to advise me of the appointment and your client’s contact information, and I followup immediately with them to confirm and handle the specifics of my appointment. I have a one day turnaround after the appointment for processing of the shots, and your listing is off to the races.

$200 per listing,

Non-sale-contingent basis,

Usually a next-day turnaround after my appointment at the property, depending on my day-job work schedule,

At least 10-15 shots for your use, highlighting the aesthetics of a property with an average size of less than 2500 square feet,

The cost covers my time on-site (an average of 1 hour), and a matching hour in post-processing, as well as delivery to you or your office by various means detailed below,

The delivered package includes copyrighted .jpg files of various sizes to your specifications (590 wide files easily fit my web site’s needs, and might be appropriate for your MLS, web- or print-use, while the full-size files are easily used for large prints and advertising),

Delivery is made using an easily accessed and shared Dropbox folder that I provide to each of my clients. If you are not familiar with Dropbox, you simply click on a provided link, and the folder instantly shows up on your desktop, ready to collaborate in and invite other team members to, and then automatically and instantly sync back and forth among all users. Delivery can also be made on cd or via email.

Additional charges would include:
– printing and framing (reflecting a market comparison cost),
– $0.55/mile mileage outside the metro area,

Additional hourly fees would be required for:
   – any property over 3000 square feet, or any property of a true “show home” status,
   – any property that requires additional lighting (my style and HDR processing take advantage of the natural light of an early afternoon),
   – any property that is not appropriately cleaned and staged before my arrival (I can do simple rearranging of the scene to highlight the aesthetics, but any cleaning and involved staging should be done by the sellers or a professional service),
   – additional processing that might be required for unusual products (like billboard advertising, or work with a video production company).

In accordance with real estate industry standards, I maintain the copyrights to my photos and agree to usage rights for clients, but the delivered .jpgs are typically watermark-free for MLS standard use.

I accept Paypal, cash and cashier’s checks, as well as company checks from established real estate companies.

SPECIFICS FOR FAMILIES OF VETERANS AND THE FALLEN

If you are a family or friend of the deceased, please note that I do have my own guidelines when I shoot at funerals. In order to respect your privacy, I avoid taking identifiable pictures of the family and friends, and the few pictures I do take with the casket or urn visible are password protected, and viewable only by my family. THOSE PICTURES WILL NEVER BE MADE PUBLIC. If you are a family member of the deceased, and want a copy of those pictures, I can be contacted through the PGR, via the state captain who was originally in contact with your family when you invited the PGR to attend the service. That way, your identity can be verified and those pictures would never end up in the wrong hands.

My services are free to families of Veterans and The Fallen, in conjunction with my work with the Patriot Guard organization, whose presence you specifically requested at your loved one’s services.

Fotomoto, with the “Buy Print” and “Share” links below each picture on this site, can handle prints and shipping for orders of various sizes and qualities of all my public prints on these pages, if that is your desire. As a member of the family of the Veteran or Fallen, though, with your identity verified through my PGR State Captain, I would personally deliver basic prints (up to 13×19″), including the non-public shots with the casket, urn or identifiable faces visible, and with any copyright markings removed, to you in the Denver area, and only ask that you help cover the costs of my paper and ink.

SPECIFICS FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS USING ME AS A SECOND SHOOTER OR ASSISTANT

I charge $100 per hour for my time on location or if I assist you with post processing.

I am best used as an assistant, and would be thrilled to be a candid shooter, getting hundreds of portraits or exciting secondary angles, while you are free to dedicate yourself and your equipment to the bridal couple and their formal shots.

I release all copyrights to you, and might negotiate using a few shots for my portfolio as a second shooter.

I accept Paypal, cash and cashier’s checks, as well as company checks from established wedding photography companies. I would also accept personal checks from established individual wedding photographers, if cleared in advance of the shoot for my contracted time and services.
