On Location/ Sitting
$100 for the first hour / $50 each additional hour.
Post Processing
$100 for the first hour / $50 each additional hour.
Note: each hour on location or in a sitting requires a matching hour in post processing.
Pricing Examples
A typical child candid shoot at a park or backyard birthday party, or a baptism at your church, or an engagement or portrait shoot at Red Rocks, or a local band with a 45 minute set, would be charged a total of $200 (one hour on location ($100) plus one hour in post processing ($100)).
A typical youth sports shoot (a game or cheerleading event) would be charged a total of $300 (two hours on location ($100+$50=$150) plus two hours in post processing ($100+$50=$150)).
A typical venue contracting for shots of a nationally-touring headliner with a two hour set and two opening acts would be charged a total of $500 (four hours on location ($100+50+50+50=250), plus four hours in post-processing ($100+50+50+50=250)).
Prints, Matting and Framing

My costs for locally and personally delivered prints with archival-quality Epson Claria inks and Epson Photo Glossy paper (comparable to Fotomoto’s Fine Art print options), up to 13×19″, are:
4×6”- $5
5×7”- $10
8×10”/8½x11”- $20
13×19”- $40
Matting and framing for my locally and personally delivered prints is available. My charges will reflect a market comparison.
Delivery
Local, personal delivery in and around Denver is free of charge. A variety of shipping options are available, especially using the Fotomoto “Buy Print” links below each of my pictures on this site.
Depending on the client and particular shoot, electronic delivery may be made using an easily accessed and shared Dropbox folder that I can provide to each client, at prices less than comparable Fotomoto download pricing. If you are not familiar with Dropbox, you simply click on a provided link, and the folder instantly shows up on your desktop, ready to collaborate in and invite your family and friends to, and then automatically and instantly sync back and forth among all users. Delivery can also be made on cd or via email.
Mileage
Shoots outside the Denver-metro area incur a $0.55/mile charge by car, in accordance with current IRS standards for business related reimbursement. Other travel considerations may be negotiated.
Payment
I accept Paypal, cash and cashier’s checks, as well as company checks from established venues, artists, and production companies.
Copyrights and Contracts
I typically maintain the copyrights to my photos and agree to usage rights for clients. I am open to contractual agreements in accordance with entertainment and industry standards.
